about

Octavia Freud's third album was written and recorded by Martin Andrews and Chris Allinson from Volcanic Shores. 'Mood dancing' is a love letter to the night time and is a soundtrack to imaginary evenings spent shared with friends and lovers at a time when it is impossible to go out, get drunk and dance together. It is a call out to politicians to actually start serving the people. It is a rethink on the merits of middle management and our current Zoomification of capitalism. It is a statement of intent to say enough is enough when it comes to state and personal abuses of power. It is the hope that the new normal will be just as exciting and beautiful as the old normal. But most of all it is an album packed full of stories and tunes.
